DIVINE PARENTING (Teenage guardian)

Divine parenting is a phenomena that seeks to explore the fatherhood of God over us.

Psa 91:4 He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler.
We often seem to ask questions such as;
  • What are my assurances for physical security?
  • What is God's plan for the orphans?
  • What is God's plan for widows?
Its always a thing of joy to have your parents around chattering for your needs, taking you hiking, shopping and site seeing.

This is not always true for every single individual as we have differing parents and guarduans, while some may be absorbing and caring, others are repelling, callous and careless.

But in all this, it is sweet to know that we have a divine parent who is always with us, in the pit or on the hill top, through the tears and smiles.

They do not leave us when hell seems to be loosed against us, and their hands are always strechted out to save us from impending disasters if we'd only choose to listen.

Gal 4:6,7 And because ye are sons, God hath sent forth the Spirit of his Son into your hearts, crying, Abba, Father. Wherefore thou art no more a servant, but a son; and if a son, then an heir of God through Christ.

Because some of us have parents who always chatter for our daily needs and come to our aid when we call, we're oblivious of the source from which all blessings come.
Once I was challenge to make a prayer in my university days, I recall that was my final year.
I asked God to bless me through channels other than my parent's. And that month was a month of overflow, I ate like a king from two different sources every weekend, and got at least N500 through the working days.

Have you ever whispered a need and you see it on your doorstep, or prayed for a sign and you see it in your dreams? The orphans need no longer live as deserted, the widow need no longer feel estranged, He is the father of the fatherless, a husband to the widow, a friend to the needy, a succour to the weak, a light to the blind, the list goes on and on.

But does everyone know this truth?
That's a NO, while some have no clue whatsoever what divine parenting entails,  others know it theoretically but have never been practical enough to experience it, some have tasted its trinkets but felt it was something else the universe had provided.
few are living in this bliss of continual companionship.

Hos 4:6 My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge...

This is not just a tail for the Sunday school children to make them feel secure and safe, its a reality that can be experienced by both old and young, man and woman, poor or rich.

Its an experience of a lifetime "the awareness of the supernatural living with us".

You may have witnessed how devastated children, youths or wives become on the demise of their father or husband?

Although it would never come too soon for you and I, But it is sure a thing to come to one and all.

And should it come, we must be braced with this truth that our source isn't entirely cut off leaving us hopeless and homeless, It should rather be a thing of temporal tear than continual regret.

That ones whole life is affected and what's left of such in words are " If he was yet alive, things would've been better " is in true oblivion of divine parenting and supernatural orchestrations.

For all things work together for good for them that love God and are called according to His purpose, His thoughts for us are of good and not of evil to bring us an expected end.

this is a moment were we can restore to default setting, recline to the source, our Abba father.
1. He hears the cry of children and sends prompt help:

Gen 21:17-19 And God heard the voice of the lad; and the angel of God called to Hagar out of heaven, and said unto her, What aileth thee, Hagar? fear not; for God hath heard the voice of the lad where he is.
Arise, lift up the lad, and hold him in thine hand; for I will make him a great nation.
And God opened her eyes, and she saw a well of water; and she went, and filled the bottle with water, and gave the lad drink.

2. He listens to the desires of the youths and uplifts them sporadically:

1Ch 4:10 And Jabez called on the God of Israel, saying, Oh that thou wouldest bless me indeed, and enlarge my coast, and that thine hand might be with me, and that thou wouldest keep me from evil, that it may not grieve me! And God granted him that which he requested.

3. He maketh long plans for them that prove dependency on him:

Gen 50:19,20 And Joseph said unto them, Fear not: for am I in the place of God?
But as for you, ye thought evil against me; but God meant it unto good, to bring to pass, as it is this day, to save much people alive.

Your Divine Father is thinking about you, talk to them soon.

2Ch 15:2 ...The LORD is with you, while ye be with him; and if ye seek him, he will be found of you; but if ye forsake him, he will forsake you.

Its your call sweetheart.
